Provided service staff and event managers for corporate parties at National history museum, Guildhall, Madame Tussauds, Royal courts of justice to name a few. Aubergine has also worked on a range private weddings and house parties.
In 2007 Aubergine has provided crew catering staff for ITV Hells kitchen and service staff for BBC the restaurant.
